Help

Frequently asked questions.

Direct answers about order requests, scientific information and quality documents.

Ordering and payment
How does an order request work?

Choose a product and variant, then submit your details. BEL receives the request before the next steps are communicated separately.

Is payment taken on this website?

No. The website processes no payment and collects no bank details. Payment information is communicated separately after the request is reviewed.

Which countries appear in the form?

The current journey lists Belgium and France. Final delivery terms must be confirmed from BEL’s real commercial information.

Products and research
What is a peptide?

A peptide is a chain of amino acids. Its properties depend on sequence, structure, formulation and research context; the word alone describes neither a benefit nor an authorised use.

Is retatrutide an approved medicine?

No. As of this website’s update date, retatrutide remains an investigational molecule in clinical trials. A publication does not constitute marketing authorisation.

Does the Journal provide usage instructions?

No. The Journal explains research and its limitations. It provides no dose, protocol or individual treatment recommendation.

Quality and documents
Where can I find certificates of analysis?

They will appear on the Quality / Lab page when real documents have been supplied and verified. BEL does not publish fictional certificates or examples presented as authentic.

Can I look up a batch?

Not yet. The library structure is ready, but no verified batch numbers have been supplied. Search will only be enabled when it can return real data.

Why do some details still need confirmation?

Manufacturing, testing, sourcing and regulatory details should never be inferred. BEL will publish them only when supported by verifiable documents.
